The Worcester County Commission on Aging, Incorporated, is a non-profit agency headquartered in Snow Hill, Maryland.  The Commission on Aging operates the Worcester County MAC Program and Worcester Adult Medical Day Services.  The WorCOA has operated Worcester County's MAC Program for more than 35 years.  The program has four multi-service senior centers strategically located throughout Worcester County where qualified and dedicated staff offer education, recreation, and health services.

Our Mission is to enhance the quality of life of all older Worcester County Citizens by managing community based senior programs that are comprehensive, coordinated, accessible, and to advocate the needs of older citizens.

Dr. Dennis Klima, and his graduating physical therapy students from UMES, recently visited the Snow Hill Senior Center. Dr. Klima and his team demonstrated fall prevention and safety as well as counseled our seniors on the importance of staying active. Many thanks to Dr. Klima and his students for such an informative day!
